Over the years I have had the privilege of helping people through many seasons of life. One season we have all been in is needing "care" from the western medical model and feeling completely lost, unheard, afraid etc. So I decided to create this list.
What is it? It is meant to be a supportive guide in times of need. It's meant to bridge the gap. It's meant to offer care in a system that so many times feels like it doesn't.
This list is not by any means exhaustive. It is meant to be living. So if you have a recommendation... please send it to me.
