About the Owner: Lauren Drilling L.Ac, M.Om, RYT
Lauren has a rich history of holistic health care; in both personal experience, and in treating individuals. Starting 15 years ago as she became certified in traditional yoga, meditation, and Ayurvedic medicine. Lauren has studied under some of the world's most well respected educators and practitioners in Traditional Chinese Medicine and other healing arts. Lauren has had the pleasure of working with many professional athletes over the years to enhance performance, reduce injury, and recovery from strain. In addition she has worked in the hospital setting with: high risk pregnancy, mental health/addiction, and orthopedic surgery. She is a frequent public speaker and educator on holistic health for addiction/recovery/mental health. Lauren loves now being in private practice because she is able to draw from and utilize a wide range of treatment modalities and traditions.
